Refund & Warranty Policy

Shipping Guidelines

In-stock items will ship the same day when the order is placed before 2pm PST.  Orders submitted after 2pm PST will ship the next business day.  We do not ship or process orders on weekends.

Items ship via USPS first class mail unless an alternate shipping option is selected.  We suggest that you add "route" shipping protection to items with a significant value as we are not liable for lost/damaged packages due to carrier mishap; nor will we be held liable for packages shipped to the wrong address due to misinformation submitted at the time of checkout.

Warranty Policy

All items come with a 1 year warranty. Should your product/s become defective or faulty within 30 days, please contact us through our "Contact Us" page. Select "Problems w/ Order" and send us an email detailing your issue.  

Please allow at least 24 hours to hear from our Customer Service department on the next steps to process your Warranty Claim.  Shipping fees are covered for warranty claims.

Physical damage and consumer misuse or irresponsibility resulting in the damaging of products is not covered under the warranty.  We do not honor warranties purchased through unauthorized resellers or establishments, and all warranty claims must be submitted with a proof of purchase.

Products will be replaced no more than two times under warranty claims when made during the initial year of purchase.

Return Policy on Beauty Tools & Products 

We want you to love our products & us; with that said, if you have a change of heart and have not opened or used your products, simply return the item within 14 days for a full refund, less shipping fees paid. 

The product must be in its original shipping package, with no signs of manipulation or being opened. If your order included a free gift/s, those items must be returned as well in the same condition as stated above.

Items returned with signs of wear and tear will be documented and returned to the customer, refund will not apply.

To process a refund, please contact us through our "Contact Us" page using the drop-down menu select Problem w/Order. Email us detailing the issues with your package. 

Please allow at least 24 hours to hear from our Customer Service department on the next steps to process your return. Customers' are responsible for all fees associated with returning items.

Return Policy on Custom Luxury Pieces

Unfortunately, there are no refunds on custom jewelry pieces. All Sales are Final.
