Refund policy

We want you to love our products & us; with that said, if you have a change of heart and have not opened or used your products, simply return the item within 14 days for a full refund, less shipping fees paid. 

The product must be in its original shipping package, with no signs of manipulation or being opened. If your order included a free gift/s, those items must be returned as well in the same condition as stated above.

Items returned with signs of wear and tear will be documented and returned to the customer, a refund will not apply.

To process a refund, please contact us through our "Contact Us" page using the drop-down menu select Problem w/Order. Email us detailing the issues with your package. 

Please allow at least 24 hours to hear from our Customer Service department on the next steps to process your return. Customers are responsible for all fees associated with returning items.

Unfortunately, there are no refunds on custom jewelry pieces. All Sales are Final.
