Shipping Guidelines

In-stock items will ship the same day when the order is placed before 2pm PST.  Orders submitted after 2pm PST will ship the next business day.  We do not ship or process orders on weekends.

Items ship via USPS first class mail unless an alternate shipping option is selected.  We suggest that you add "route" shipping protection to items with a significant value as we are not liable for lost/damaged packages due to carrier mishap; nor will we be held liable for packages shipped to the wrong address due to misinformation submitted at the time of checkout.  Route, is an inexpensive way to protect your lux goodies!

Please note that Custom Jewelry pieces are made to order and ship within 7-10 business days.  All Custom Jewelry pieces are final sale and require a signature.
